Plain words on what Zephr is, what it is not, and the risks of using it.

What Zephr is

Zephr is open software that lets anyone deploy a token and a Uniswap V3 pool on Elysium. The contracts run onchain without us: we do not hold your funds, custody tokens, or control any token once it is launched.

By using the site, the Telegram bot or the X bot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

No offer, no advice

Nothing on Zephr is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched here are created by their users, not by Zephr, and we do not review, endorse or vouch for any of them.

Nothing on the site promises a price, a return or any profit, including statements about fees, buybacks or burns, which describe how the protocol routes fees and nothing more.

Risks

Tokens are highly volatile and can lose all their value. Anyone can launch a token with any name, including names that imitate real projects. Smart contracts can have bugs. Networks, bridges and wallets can fail. Transactions are final.

You are responsible for what you launch, buy or sell, for checking addresses, and for complying with the laws of where you live. Do not use Zephr if it is not legal for you.

The airdrop

1% of each launched token is distributed for free to wallets that used Zephr during an epoch. No purchase or payment is needed to take part. Eligibility, weights and epochs are decided by the protocol and can change. An allocation carries no promise of value and can be zero.

Zephr will never ask for a payment, a seed phrase or a private key to claim anything.

What you may not do

Do not launch tokens that infringe someone else's rights, impersonate a person or a company, or are meant to defraud. We may hide such tokens from the site and block bot access, without notice. Hiding a token from the site does not change it onchain.

Privacy

We do not ask for your name, email or any personal data. The site counts anonymous page views with a daily rotating hash, never your IP address. Wallet addresses and transactions are public onchain by nature. The bots store your Telegram or X user id and the wallet you give them, only to launch for you and enforce limits.

Liability

The software is provided as is, without warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, Zephr and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from its use. These terms can change; the date below shows the latest version.
